Footwear design and development institute providing a bright future to aspirants interested in the field of footwear and leather technology



Footwear design and development institute has created a niche in itself after the FDDI degree mamla has been resolved. It has now become one of the top most institutes which provides quality education to aspirants from India as well as abroad in the field of footwear design and development. The ministry of commerce has also realised the vast potential, India has in leather goods and footwear industry.
There is a vast demand from India as well as abroad when we talk about footwear. Currently India is not even able to fulfil its domestic demand in spite of having resources. The only problem is that the resources are unskilled and lack expertise. In order to get rid of this problem, FDDI is aiming to provide quality education to candidates who wish to pursue a career in this field.
FDDI offers a variety pf courses which vary from undergraduate courses to post graduate course. In the recent past the demand for both the undergraduate as well as post graduate courses have risen at a significant level. Keeping this in mind FDDI has decided to open yet another 5 campuses by the end of 2017.
Since the demand for these courses is a lot therefore FDDI holds an entrance exam which is known as the AIST. On the base of this entrance exams candidates are called for counselling and are then provided with campuses. The exam this years is due to be held on 7th June-9th June which is going to be an objective type exam to be done on the computer. The application can be downloaded online and the fees can be paid with the help of credit card or debit card.
